Ropinirole can increase the level of
Flomax in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects. Your healthcare provider may need to adjust your Flomax dose.
Warfarin (Coumadin, Jantoven)
It is not known if taking Flomax with
warfarin will cause any problems. However, because even small changes in warfarin levels in your blood can cause problems, you may need to be monitored more closely when first starting Flomax.
