Flowmax

Were you looking for information about Flomax? Flowmax is a common misspelling of Flomax.

Flomax® (tamsulosin hydrochloride) is a prescription medication that is used to quickly relieve the symptoms of an enlarged prostate by relaxing the muscles of the prostate and bladder. It is not a cure for an enlarged prostate, however, nor will it shrink the prostate like other medications for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

There are some potential side effects of Flomax to be aware of, including abnormal ejaculation, a runny or stuffy nose, and dizziness. Fortunately, most people have no problems when taking the drug. But Flomax is not suitable for everyone. For example, if you allergic to "sulfa" drugs, you may also be allergic to Flomax.
