Were you looking for information about Flomax? Flomox is a common misspelling of Flomax.

Flomax® is a prescription medication that is taken to relieve symptoms of an enlarged prostate. It belongs to a class of drugs known as alpha blockers. Flomax works by blocking alpha-1 receptors, which are found in several places of the body, including the prostate gland. Although Flomax cannot cure an enlarged prostate or shrink it, it does help relax the muscles of the prostate and bladder to relieve enlarged prostate symptoms.
