Who Should Not Take Uroxatral?

You should not take Uroxatral if you:
  • Are allergic to Uroxatral, alfuzosin, or any of the inactive components used to make Uroxatral. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
  • Have moderate or severe liver disease.
  • Take certain medications that greatly increase the level of Uroxatral in your blood (see Uroxatral Interactions), such as:
