Recommendations for Using Proscar During Pregnancy

First of all, Proscar has not been approved for any use in women. Secondly, taking Proscar during pregnancy can cause birth defects. Therefore, if you are pregnant or thinking about becoming pregnant, let your healthcare provider know immediately. You should not take Proscar if you are or may become pregnant.
